Even at 93, my dad continues to amaze me every single day. Age has taken some things from him—strength, speed, and memories that once flowed so easily—but it has not touched his spirit. He wakes each morning with a sense of purpose, determined to move forward, even when the steps are slower and the challenges greater. His presence fills a room, not because he speaks the loudest, but because he carries wisdom and quiet strength that only a lifetime of experience can give.
So many half his age are still searching for meaning, still struggling to find balance, yet my dad radiates a kind of power that doesn’t come from muscles or titles—it comes from resilience, love, and faith. He is living proof that true vitality has little to do with years and everything to do with attitude.
Watching him navigate this season of life has become my greatest lesson. He teaches me daily that it’s not about how long you live, but how deeply and intentionally you live. At 93, he is still writing his story, one purposeful day at a time—and I couldn’t be prouder to call him my dad. 💪🏽💕👏
